About Inleads
Inleads started as an internal tool at Innoworks Software — a scrappy fix for a CRM we could never get our team to actually use. Several years later it’s powering sales pipelines at startups across 14 countries. We’re still the same team, still obsessed with the same problem.
What we believe
Most CRMs were designed for the buyer of the software, not the person using it every day. The manager who wanted dashboards. The VP who needed reports. The sales rep — the one actually talking to customers — got a data-entry form and a permission slip.
Inleads is built for the team. Fast to open, fast to update, fast to get out of the way. Opinionated where it matters, flexible everywhere else.
We keep the feature set lean on purpose. Every addition has to earn its place by saving time or closing deals — not by filling a feature-comparison checkbox.
Every interaction should feel instant. Slow tools get abandoned. We measure p99 load times, not averages.
Full export, no hostage data. Your leads, your contacts, your pipeline — always portable.
Drafting follow-ups, scoring leads, summarising calls. AI handles the grind so your team handles relationships.
A tool that becomes unaffordable as you grow defeats the purpose. Our pricing scales with value, not with your headcount.
By the numbers
Our story
Frustrated with clunky CRMs, we built a lightweight lead tracker for our own sales team. It worked better than anything we had tried.
Friends of Innoworks started asking to use it. We said yes, cleaned up the onboarding, and quietly launched to a small waitlist.
Launched intelligent lead scoring, automated follow-up suggestions, and the AI compose feature.
Crossed a hundred active teams across 14 countries. Expanded the pipeline and workflow automation modules.
Inleads launches native Model Context Protocol support — AI agents can read and update your pipeline directly.
The team
We’re engineers and designers who use Inleads ourselves every day. That keeps us honest.
Built the first version of Inleads as an internal tool at Innoworks. Obsessed with sales workflows that actually work.
Architected the MCP integration and payment systems. Keeps the server fast and the APIs clean.
Owns Inleads Blitz and email templates. Ships features faster than most teams write specs.
Multi-project contributor across the Innoworks portfolio. Strong eye for UX edge cases.
Turns design specs into pixel-precise interfaces. Champion of component reuse.
Handles data pipelines and integrations. Makes sure every lead import lands correctly.
“The first CRM our sales team actually opens on Monday morning.”
